Mobile TMS.
Mobile TMS is two apps on iOS and Android, one for your dispatchers and accounting people and one for your drivers. Both enter and edit data right in ProBuilt TMS, and they keep drivers and dispatch in touch the whole way.
A motion graphic: a map of load 48214’s route, 163 miles from Cedar Ridge Lumber in Nacogdoches to Trinity Builders Supply in Dallas, with the office above it. At the shipper, a photograph of the driver in a safety vest beside a tarped flatbed of lumber, phone in hand. Each tap he makes in the driver’s app rises off the map to the office: arrived 7:28 AM, loading 7:41 AM, loaded 9:12 AM and the signed bill of lading at 9:14 AM, each landing on load 48214 with its time and on Dispatch Manager’s board. At 9:15, dispatcher Ortiz sends the delivery window from the office app, 1:00 to 4:00 at Trinity Builders Supply, straight down to the driver’s phone. He taps departed at 9:20 AM and the truck runs the route to Dallas, where arrived, 12:51 PM, rises off the map the same way. Nobody had to call.
01The driver’s app.
Your driver taps Arrived, Loading, Loaded and Departed, captures the signed bill of lading, and every one of them lands on the load in ProBuilt TMS with its time. Dispatch sees the day as it happens, without picking up the phone.
Follow load 48214. Or let it play on its own.
At Cedar Ridge Lumber, the driver taps Arrived and Loading, and the times land on load 48214.

02The office app.
The second app is for your dispatchers and accounting people. It carries the TMS features that make sense on a phone and enters and edits right in ProBuilt TMS, so the work keeps moving from the yard, the road or home.
03Two apps.
One app for the people driving the freight and one for the people running the operation, both working in the same ProBuilt TMS. Messaging and the File Server come along too.
Both apps run on iOS and Android.

There are two Mobile TMS apps, for iOS and Android: one for dispatchers and accounting staff, and one for drivers. Both enter and edit data right in the TMS, and drivers and dispatch stay in touch the whole way.
There’s a Mobile TMS app for drivers, on iOS and Android. Drivers record their arrivals and departures and their loading and unloading times, capture documents, use the maps and stay in touch with dispatch, and it all lands right in ProBuilt TMS.
One of the two Mobile TMS apps is for dispatchers and accounting staff, on iOS and Android, and it enters and edits right in ProBuilt TMS.
Routing and mileage calculations with maps are built into ProBuilt TMS, and the Mobile TMS apps have mapping for your drivers too.
Email messages get lost. ProBuilt’s internal messaging replaces email for the conversations inside your company, with direct messages and group conversations, and it carries your records, forms and reports right into the conversation. It’s in Mobile TMS too.
The File Server keeps record attachments and loose files together, in any folder structure you like: 100 GB of storage, private folders for the people you choose, administrator-based security and multi-layered archiving on Amazon Web Services. It’s in Mobile TMS too.
One app for your office and one for your drivers, both on the same system.
