The work that needs doing is front and center, and every planning tool they need to find and assign that best next load is built right in.

03Profitability is about timing.
Get the timing right and both sides make more money.
A carrier needs to lock in a driver’s next load about 3 to 5 days before the current dispatch ends. A broker needs loads dispatched 3 to 5 days before pickup. Any later and the carrier earns too little, and the broker spends too much. ProBuilt TMS is built to help dispatch, not get in its way, so you make the right call at the right time.
Two timelines. A carrier’s driver finishes a dispatch on Wednesday, September 30, and the next load should be booked 3 to 5 days before that. A broker’s load picks up on Friday, October 2, and should be dispatched 3 to 5 days before that.
04Carriers and brokers.
Haul it or broker it. Same load, same system.
The software running your dispatch shouldn’t be complicated. It should be brief and helpful, handle the normal situations, and adapt to the many ways trucking companies and freight brokers work. Put a load on your own truck, or hand it to a carrier. It’s the same load in the same system either way.

Every load board searches by radius. Ours searches where you run.
Every load board searches by city, state and radius, only. That’s never been a good way to find freight. It’s slow and frustrating, and every load board ever made shows it to you one page at a time. ProBuilt’s patent pending polygon search changes that. Draw your zones, and you find the freight going from and to where you need, not within two hundred miles of it. Routing and mileage calculations come built into ProBuilt TMS: the route between your stops, the miles in every state and turn-by-turn directions, built on the U.S. Geological Survey’s National Highway Database. They’re in Mobile TMS too, the app your drivers use to send and receive dispatches, report in along the route, message dispatch and, of course, get directions on the road.
