The bill of lading, the rate confirmation and the load photo go right on load 48214, in its Files tab, so whoever opens the load has them. The insurance policies, contracts and training files that belong to no load go in the same File Server, in folders you set up.

Can I store files and documents in ProBuilt?

The File Server keeps record attachments and loose files together, in any folder structure you like: 100 GB of storage, private folders for the people you choose, administrator-based security and multi-layered archiving on Amazon Web Services. It’s in Mobile TMS too.

Can I keep some folders private?

The File Server has private folders, open only to the people you permit, under full administrator-based security.

Can I get to my files from my phone?

The File Server is in Mobile TMS too, so the people you permit can get to your files from anywhere.

Is my data secure?
