The only cloud TMS with full accounting.

The trucking industry has changed, your software hasn’t.

While other TMS systems are busy copying each other, ProBuilt copies no one. We invented the first TMS in 1991. Now, thirty-five years later, we’ve invented the TMS again.

NextLoad. New

Every other TMS shows you a list of loads. NextLoad shows you who should haul them.

It looks at every driver against every load and plays each driver’s clock forward: the 11-hour drive, the 14-hour window, the 30-minute break and the 70-hour cycle, with fuel stops and two hours at every dock. It only suggests a trip that’s legal and on time. You decide what matters most, and it plans the whole board around you. It proposes. You dispatch.

Pick what matters most. Or let it switch on its own.

Or drag a slider. Then watch the whole board replan.

Floating Forms.

The internet works one page at a time. Trucking doesn’t.

ProBuilt invented the world’s first multitasking cloud architecture. It’s patent pending, and it changes everything about cloud software. Then we built ProBuilt TMS on it and for it. So while every other TMS forces you to open exactly one page at a time, one, period, ProBuilt gives you a workspace in your browser: one tab where you open as many loads, lists and reports at the same time as you like.

The job. Open load 48214, put a driver on it, check his file and pull up the bill of lading.

The same job in two systems. On the left, a typical web TMS: every step loads a new page, from the load list to the load, the dispatch board and the driver assignment, and the driver’s file and the bill of lading each open in a new browser tab. On the right, ProBuilt TMS opens the load, assigns its linehaul, refreshes the list, then opens the driver and the bill of lading as windows in one browser tab, with no page loads, and goes on to the next load.

Every other TMS. One page at a time.

ProBuilt TMS. Everything open at once.

Are you tired of only being able to open one load record at a time? We would be too.

Since 1991.

We built a TMS for how transportation is done today.

We invented the first live dispatching system in 1991, the same system PCS Software sells today. Before that, we were dispatchers, accountants and drivers. Most TMS systems were designed in the 1990s, and a few newer ones just flat copied them. Well, trucking today isn’t what it was thirty years ago. ProBuilt TMS is a clean sheet design for today’s trucking industry, and whether you haul freight or broker it, your dispatchers will quickly see that it’s the correct way to dispatch today.

Here’s what today looks like.

  • The office.

7.8% fewer non-driver staff at carriers in 2025, with the cost per mile at a record high.

Same loads, same billing, same compliance, fewer people to do it. Nobody in your office has time to hunt for a screen. In ProBuilt TMS, everything they need is open at once.

Source: American Transportation Research Institute, Operational Costs of Trucking, 2026

  • The screen.

1,200 times a day workers switch between apps and websites.

That’s nearly four hours a week just finding their place again. ProBuilt TMS opens every load, list and report in one browser tab, so nobody has to leave the one they’re in.

    Source: Harvard Business Review, 2022

  • The dock.

39.3% of stops in 2023, drivers reported being held in detention.

And fleets got paid on fewer than half of the detention invoices they sent. With Mobile TMS, the driver’s arrival, departure, loading and unloading times go into ProBuilt TMS from the phone.

Source: American Transportation Research Institute, driver detention research, 2024

This isn’t some starter system. This TMS includes everything.

In your own words, what happened?

Heavy rain and traffic slowing in the right lane. A pickup came off the shoulder and clipped my right mirror. I pulled onto the shoulder, checked the truck and called it in. Nobody was hurt. The mirror and the right fender are damaged. The pickup did not stop.

  • Claims tracking that reduces final costs
  • Driver and equipment compliance tracking
  • Integrated with dispatch

A truck in the bay doesn’t haul freight. ProBuilt Maintenance puts your trucks, trailers, shop and parts in the same system as dispatch, accounting and compliance.

  • Work orders for your shop, your vendors and the road
  • Preventive maintenance and annual inspections built in
  • Parts inventory with strict control
  • Defect repairs signed off by the shop and the driver
  • Posts to ProBuilt Accounting on its own

Design AI.

Most AI tools build you an app somewhere else. Ours builds inside your TMS.

You’re never going to chat with AI and get software that works with your other software and keeps its data in your own database. That’s not how it works. ProBuilt AI does it better. Tell it the form you need and it builds the form, its table and its list inside ProBuilt TMS, right on the main menu next to everything else, and it opens live in a floating form beside whatever you have open.

Powered by Anthropic’s Claude. Your data is not used to train the AI models, and it never will be.

Pick a form. Or let it switch on its own.

Questions.

Fair questions. Straight answers.

Plain answers about ProBuilt TMS. Don’t see your question? Ask Lane, our assistant, or ask us in a demo.

What makes ProBuilt TMS different?

Two things set it apart. Every other browser-based TMS works one page at a time; ProBuilt opens every load, list and report you need at once, in one browser tab, on our patent pending Floating Forms. And it’s the only cloud TMS with full accounting, so dispatch and accounting are one system, not two that never agree.

See it side by side

Who is ProBuilt TMS for?

Trucking companies that haul freight, broker freight, or do both. It works for the whole office: your dispatchers, your accounting team and your safety people, with Mobile TMS apps for dispatchers and drivers.

Can I open more than one load at a time?

As many as you like, each in its own window, in one browser tab. Every other TMS forces you to open exactly one page at a time. Are you tired of only being able to open one load record at a time? We would be too.

Try it on Home

Does ProBuilt TMS include accounting?

ProBuilt TMS has full accounting, and it’s the only cloud TMS that does. It covers automated billing, receivables and payments, accounts payable, bank and credit card accounts, payroll, and financial statements with drill-down in every report.

Is there a mobile app?

There are two Mobile TMS apps, for iOS and Android: one for dispatchers and accounting staff, and one for drivers. Both enter and edit data right in the TMS, and drivers and dispatch stay in touch the whole way.
